A research team from the teaching staff of the Natural History Research Center and Museum / University of Baghdad visited the city of Fallujah and its suburbs on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, in order to collect biological models of the biodiversity of that area. On the sidelines of the field trip, the research team met with the President of the University of Fallujah, Prof. Sabah Ibrahim Hammadi Al-Muhammadi… The head of the team, Prof. Dr. Hana Hani Al-Saffar (Director of the Center), thanked and appreciated the President of the University of Fallujah for welcoming and facilitating the task of the research team to reach the villages and countryside of the district, and the research team included:

The trip aimed to identify the biodiversity of those areas. As well as diagnosing models collected from farms and fields and adding new samples to the museum that were not previously collected.
