Continuing our series of scientific events, our center, with the support of Dr. Hana Hani Al-Saffar and the workshop committee led by lectere. Muhammad Enad Ghazaon, held a workshop titled “Edible Nuggets: Exploring Arahein” on Sunday, April 28th, 2024.
Assistant lecturers Lubna Hamid Majeed and Sarah Jamal Jalil delved into the world of Arahein, a non-toxic fungus with exciting potential as a human food source. Arahein boasts impressive nutritional and medicinal benefits, making it a true superfood.
