Our center recently held a workshop titled “Using Solar Energy as a Source of Energy Production.” Led by Assistant Lecturer Suhad Hamza Muhammad Ali, the session explored the potential of solar power.

The discussion covered different types of solar power plants and how solar energy can be utilized and integrated with other renewable energy sources. The benefits of solar energy were highlighted, including:

Water heating: Solar devices can effectively heat water for homes and buildings.
Public facilities: Streetlights, bus stations, and even agricultural operations can benefit from solar power.
Cost savings: Utilizing solar energy reduces reliance on traditional energy sources, leading to cost savings.
Increased independence: Solar power fosters energy independence and reduces dependence on external sources.
Environmental benefits: Solar energy is a clean and sustainable alternative, reducing our environmental impact.
By promoting workshops like this, our center remains committed to educating the public about the advantages of solar energy and its role in a sustainable future.
