Moderated by Chief Agricultural Engineer Enas Abdul Khalifa, and organized by Assistant Professor Dr. Hana Hani Al-Saffar, this workshop aligned with the implementation of the Third National Plan for Women, Peace and Security &#8211; Pillar of Participation and Institutional Reform for 2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-sourcepos=\"5:1-5:476\">Assistant Professor Dr. Hana Hani Al-Saffar, Head of the Women&#8217;s Affairs Committee, along with Assistant lecture Hiba Muhammad Jihad and Khalida Ibrahim Hassoun, presented on women&#8217;s multifaceted educational roles. They highlighted women as foundational educators, instilling values at home, and as influential figures in the workplace, shaping society through various professions. Women&#8217;s influence extends beyond traditional roles, encompassing leadership and mentorship.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:34\">The workshop&#8217;s objectives were to:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-sourcepos=\"9:1-13:0\">\n<li data-sourcepos=\"9:1-9:108\">Emphasize women&#8217;s educational impact on family upbringing and the transmission of moral and social values.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"10:1-10:114\">Clarify the significance of women&#8217;s participation in the workforce and its contribution to societal development.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"11:1-11:82\">Raise awareness of women&#8217;s roles as educators and leaders across diverse fields.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"12:1-13:0\">Provide recommendations to strengthen women&#8217;s contributions to society.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-sourcepos=\"14:1-14:47\">Key recommendations from the workshop included:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-sourcepos=\"16:1-21:0\">\n<li data-sourcepos=\"16:1-16:97\">Empowering women through access to education and training to enhance their educational roles.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"17:1-17:86\">Creating supportive work environments that facilitate work-life balance for women.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"18:1-18:78\">Amplifying women&#8217;s educational contributions through media representation.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"19:1-19:95\">Supporting women&#8217;s ascension to leadership positions to expand their educational influence.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"20:1-21:0\">Encouraging working mothers to utilize family and educational guidance programs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-sourcepos=\"22:1-22:134\">We extend our best wishes to all center faculty members for their continued success in serving the community and advancing knowledge.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As part of our center&#8217;s scientific activities, and with administrative support, the Workshops and Seminars Committee, in collaboration with the &#8230;
