Recognizing violence as a means of controlling women, Dr. Mohsen emphasized the need for proactive measures. The workshop, facilitated by Miss. Israa Ali Mohsen and Miss. Tabarak Nihad Saleh engaged participants in discussions and formulated recommendations, including:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enhancing Monitoring and Accountability: Decision-makers in educational institutions must actively monitor and address diverse forms of violence against women at all levels.<br \/>\nEmpowering Women through Skill Development: Providing educational workshops and seminars can equip women with the skills and confidence to claim new roles within institutional structures, challenging established stereotypes.<br \/>\nEstablishing Effective Reporting Mechanisms: Streamlining complaint box procedures within institutions facilitates safe reporting of violence and harassment against women in educational settings.<br \/>\nThis collaboration underscores the importance of joint efforts in tackling violence against women. By fostering awareness, empowering women, and promoting accessible reporting systems, we can work towards creating educational environments free from violence and discrimination for all women in
