Driven by a shared commitment to promoting gender equality and combating societal challenges, the event was organized by the Women&#8217;s Empowerment Unit (chaired by Prof. Hana Hani Al-Saffar) and the collaborative efforts of Assistant prof.Dr. Hana Hani Abdel Hussein (Center Director) and Dr. Khansa Rashid Majeed and Assistant lecturer Noor Hussein Yousif (Faculty and member of the Women&#8217;s Empowerment Unit). This symposium formed part of the broader &#8220;Together&#8221; campaign aimed at fostering an environment free from harassment.<br \/>\nHeld at the Institute of Urban and Regional Planning for Postgraduate Studies, the symposium commenced at 10:00 AM, facilitating open discourse and critical analysis of the prevalent issue of harassment in Iraqi society. Collaborative efforts of research institutes and centers further enriched the discussions, emphasizing the need for interdisciplinary approaches to tackle this complex societal challenge.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
