With the support of the administration of the Museum of the Center for Natural History Research and museum /University of Baghdad, Assistant Professor Dr. Hanaa Hani Al-Saffar participated in a workshop held by the Quality Assurance Department at the University of Baghdad in cooperation with the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The specialized workshop, titled “Clarifying the Mechanism for Evaluating Training Performance 2024-2025 and the Outstanding Competition on the Evaluation Form,” was attended by Dr. Hind Dhia Hadi, Head of the Fish Department; Assistant lecture Suhad Hamza Mohammed Ali, a member of the Quality Assurance team at the Assistant lecture Ali Kamel Wanas, Assistant lecture Zainab Ghazi Sadiq and Assistant lecture Fatima Hussein Brij.
The workshop aimed to explain the automated work evaluation process using the new 2024-2025 Outstanding Performance Model, which is distinguished by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. It also aimed to introduce the update that includes measures to enhance outstanding performance, particularly regarding the administrative duties of distinguished instructors, and consequently, the additional points awarded, including those related to… Their work differs.
The most important aspect of the workshop should be its reliance on the University of Baghdad’s commitment to implementing best practices in quality assurance, in continuous coordination with the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority, including achieving the goals of academic accreditation and the required performance in light of the Ministry of Higher Education’s 2030 vision.
