The Natural History Research and Museum Center at the University of Baghdad, with the support and guidance of its Director, Professor Dr. Hanaa Hani Abdul Hussein Al-Saffar, received a delegation from the Carpentry Department at the University of Baghdad, represented by Mr. Ahmed Abdul Khaliq, Mr. Ali Mahmoud Shaker, and Mr. Ahmed Abdul Karim. The delegation discussed potential collaboration with the Center to address its woodworking needs, including maintenance work in the exhibition hall, such as repairing, painting, and restoring wooden frames.
The team also toured the Center’s facilities, including the library, laboratories, faculty offices, and human resources department, as well as the maintenance of the restroom doors.
A report on these needs will be submitted to the University Presidency to support the maintenance and upkeep of this important scientific and cultural institution.
This activity contributes to Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education and Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals.
