With the support and guidance of the Director of the Natural History Research Center and Museum at the University of Baghdad, Professor Dr. Hanaa Hani Abdul Hussein, Professor Dr. Khansaa Rashid Majeed, Head of the Botany and Environment Department, participated as a member of the committee that examined the PhD dissertation of student Othman Mohammed Othman at the University of Anbar, College of Education for Pure Sciences, Department of Life Sciences, on Thursday, September 3, 2026. His dissertation was titled “A Comparative Taxonomic Study of Selected Species from the Genus Astragalus L. of the Legume Family in Iraq.”
