As part of ongoing outreach to individuals who shaped the museum’s early years, Assistant Professor Dr. Hana Hani Al-Saffar, the center’s director, and Senior Chief Engineer Enas Abdul Khalifa hosted Mr. Salah Al-Samarrai, a pioneering figure and former taxidermist from the 1980s and 1990s, on Tuesday, April 8, 2025. During the visit, Mr. Al-Samarrai shared valuable historical materials related to the museum’s past activities. Discussions focused on future collaboration for taxidermy, model restoration, student education about the collection, and improving biodiversity and geology information.
